2025 is here and we'd like to start the year by saying a massive thank you to the families on our courses.

• "I joined one of Carla and Ellie's pregnancy circles when I was midway through my pregnancy and it was the best thing I ever did. I now have a 5 month old and the girls I met in the pregnancy circle are the most wonderful group of friends and such great support. Nearly everyday our Whatsapp chat is pinging away - I don't know what I would have done without them. My daughter and I also enjoyed our baby massage classes with Isabella. Every week she taught us ways to help with colic, reflux and more and we completed the course with reflexology techniques that have been invaluable during my sons first 6 months of life. • "Myself and my 3 month old attended the Nurture Me baby massage classes facilitated by Holly. Right from walking in, Holly created a calm, welcoming environment and created a safe space to share and speak to the other mums about all things baby. We enjoyed hot drinks and biscuits and I really enjoyed the relaxation exercise for parents. The massage skills I learnt have been really helpful and it’s been easy to implement the techniques at home too. It’s been a lovely way to bond with my son and has also helped when he’s been constipated. Holly created a comfortable atmosphere where there was no pressure to take part if baby wasn’t in the mood, or needed a feed or cuddle. Sessions flowed easily and with natural pauses for what mums and babies needed. It’s a beautiful class for both mums and babies and I’d recommend it to anyone."

• "Me and my little boy have really enjoyed the baby massage classes. Donna is so lovely and friendly and makes everyone feel included. There is no pressure if your baby needs a feed or a nap during the class, everyone can go at their own pace which creates such a calm and relaxing environment. All of the different techniques have been so helpful and as a first time mum it’s reassuring to know I have loads of new techniques up my sleeve that I can use on baby when he needs it, Highly recommend, the massages really do work and it’s such a lovely bonding time with you and your baby."

• "I cannot rave about Sophie & Basking Babies enough. I was worried that my little boy would be too old (at 4 months) for the massage class but I really wanted to do it with him. Sophie reassured me that babies complete it at different ages and the class was so much more than just the massaging. She was right! Not only did my son absolutely love the entire massage course, I met a group of amazing mums! Despite him learning to roll at 4.5 months, and therefore being quite active, it was his (and my) favourite class of the week. Sophie always offered alternative options if he wanted to be on his front which meant we could still take part. The time to chat with other mums and the support we offered each other was invaluable. Nothing is too much for Sophie and she has created a lovely, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel completely comfortable. I would without a doubt recommend Basking Babies Maldon classes and feel it’s a must do for any mum!"
